The Titus-Will family has owned this classic V-8 1923 Lincoln Touring Car since the factory delivered it to Leon Titus' Olympia dealership that same year. A mere 1182 were manufactured in 1923 and production totaled only 3432 through the end of 1927. The list price of this particular model, 124A, was between $3800 and $4000.
In years following, the Lincoln was used in parades and other special events in the area, most notably the opening day ceremonies for the Tacoma Narrows Bridge. On this landmark day, our Lincoln led the parade across the newly constructed original Narrows Bridge. Other occasions saw Queen Elizabeth, President Franklin D. Roosevelt, and legendary Hollywood actress Lana Turner riding in the vehicle.
Considered priceless, it is now on rotating display at various Titus-Will business locations. In July 2001, it officially returned to the special events circuit as the lead vehicle in Olympia's prestigious Capital Lakefair Parade.
