Cable Spinning

A total of nine crosswalks, such as the one viewed here, are being built so that suspension crew workers may walk between the pair of two-mile long catwalks. Crosswalks also serve as braces that help stabilize the catwalks in windy conditions. (Posted 09/16/05)
