Cable Spinning

Boats played a role in connecting the first cable from land to the new towers. Here, a tug boat glides across the water near the Gig Harbor Tower. Already, additional cables for construction of the catwalk can be seen stretching between the tower and the west anchor. (Posted 08/05/05)
